Cancellation Policy

At The Key of Life, we value your time and energy, as well as that of our practitioners. We understand that unexpected events may arise, and while we are happy to accommodate changes where possible, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and ensure we can continue to offer quality services to all our clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This helps cover administrative costs and the preparation time that goes into each session.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged 50% of the full session fee. This is due to the limited opportunity to offer the booking to another client at such short notice.

We encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you are unable to attend, as we will always do our best to accommodate a reschedule where availability allows.

Please note:

  • Cancellations must be made via email, phone, or our online booking system to be considered valid.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
